A beautiful present that came absolutely perfect. It did get held up at the post office for a moment, but the seller took the time out of her day to reach out and call to get it moving again, and it did. Love the chess board and it's honestly beautiful but was disappointed with the shipping service. I ordered it in enough time for a birthday but the seller had something come up (which I understand) and couldn't get it out on time. They were communicative and it was fine but they said since it was late they were shipping it express. It arrived today finally and I could see on the box they shipped it regular ground. I really think if it's an issue on their end they should have held up their end and shipped it Express given the circumstances.
