The purple ones look blue in the picture but they are very purple in person. It's the glitter that makes them look so blue but look at light with the chess piece infront of your eye and it will reveal that it is definitely purple. They feel like they are made of plastic but that is okay with me. Though they are not made of actual stone they are still very glittery and beautiful and they look great in the sunlight.
